BACKGROUND AND REASONS FOR
AS I SEE IT TDCI CRONICK'S FRAUD DOCUMENT OF 10TH AUGUST 2017 AND IT'S MAIN BENEFICIRIES
AS IT APPEARS BY MY COMMUNICATION, NO PRECAUTIONERY MEASURES OR SAFEGUARDS WERE IN PLACE BY THE CARDIFF COUNCILL AND WELSH ASSEMBLY FOR VULNERABLE CHILDREN WHILIST ONE OF EACH OF THEIR MEMBER WAS UNDER POLICE INVESTIGATION FOR HISTORIC PAEDOPHILIA ACTIVITIES.

Dear Mr Javed,
I refer to the complaint you lodged in relation to Cllr Ali Ahmed dated 27 th July, and additional documents and letter submitted on 14 th and 22 nd August.
I apologise for the delay in responding to you. This is because I was gathering the necessary information to respond to you.
I have now received form the South Wales Police confirmation that they have investigated and found no evidence to support or substantiate the allegations. I understand that they have informed you that the matter is now closed.
You asked what action the Council was taking and what safeguards were being put in place to protect children. Given the police findings, the Council is not taking any further action or putting any additional safeguards in place.
